Vertical Bau is an Austrian project developer in the real estate sector and focuses in particular on the development of modern flats, houses (house complexes) and mixed-use real estate properties.

Our network of developers, architects, brokers and business partners gives us the opportunity, in countries where we are active, to seize opportunities at an early stage.

We are currently active in Austria and Romania, in Romania through our partner Vertical Bau. In 2024, we will expand our activities to Germany.
