Vertical Bau is an Austrian construction company and project developer in the real estate sector. Our focus is on the development and implementation of modern apartments (residential parks), houses (housing complexes), mixed-use real estate properties and commercial real estate.

Our network of property developers, architects, estate agents and business partners enables us to take advantage of opportunities in the countries in which we operate at an early stage.

We are currently active in Austria and Romania, in Romania with our partner SDC Properties. In 2024, we expanded our activities to Germany.
